If you are using Ubuntu or Linux Mint or Fedora, then you should not have problem regarding Unicode Bangla Fonts. So you do not need any kind of modification. Just make sure that you are using Firefox 3.0 or later.
If you are using Windows then go HERE to setup your browser Unicode compatible.
If you are using Mac OSX, then you need to download and install Bangla unicode supported fonts with Apple Advance Typography (AAT) to enable it.
